LEO moving to Brevard

I'm transferring to a position in the County and I'm hoping to get some insight on some of the areas I'm looking at from those who work there.

Scottsmoor/North Mims.

Micco, Malabar, Grant Valkaria.

West Palm Bay (where it seems like we'll end up renting at first) and Deer Run area.

Curious about Little Hollywood too.

I plan on retiring here so whatever I do needs to be the right choice.

Not sure of your budget. Look in the Lake Washington/Turtle mound area. Large lots and pretty quite area. NOT crazy about Palm Bay.
