He was a good cop. An average Sgt. I like Randy, but please don’t waste our time. Enjoy retirement.

Randy is not the answer. He brings a whole lot of politics, little else.
He barely could wake up and leave his house before noon, because he was running his previous political campaigns. He managed his patrol shift by email. A lot of this: “My expectations”, call me anytime, but you better need me. Well, when policy REQUIRED him, it was his shifts responsibilities to CALL him to remind him of his responsibilities.
Randy is all about Randy. He operates at a high level of selfishness that the office doesn’t need.
I have read here, that this is not the type of leadership this place wants or needs.
Have fun thinking I’m a DL operative. I’m not a fan of him either.
