We need to charge the way the PBA gets paid. The exorbitant salary plus benefits on top of what they already get as officers does not provide any incentive to perform any more than the minimum so they can get reelected. PBA pay should be performed based... They should get paid a percentage on what they produce, just like salesmen. Take away all salary and benefits from the PBA and start over. After all, it's been years since the PBA has earned their keep.
