Becnel did send a case (or two) of booze to the City. It was reported and actually discussed at a council meeting. Not sure if they drank it...

There was a bomb threat called in on the old DeFunk Hotel, which Becnel owned / owns and there is a restaurant there, not sure if he's involved with it.
