Benny, mistake #1-listening to Lamberti. You know where he ended up right?
Mistake#2-Thinking you run the agency.
Mistake#3-Preventing the Sheriff from getting advice from people much more qualified than you.
Mistake#4-Grossly underestimating one person.
Like many in your position, you're not a thinker. You've been consumed with the adulation which usually causes nothing but bad things to creep up and bite you in the a*s. You rolled the dice, but as you know gamblers always lose more than they win. When it's all done, and that will be sooner than later. A short term gain, will equate to a long term loss. Enjoy 2020, and I hope you have great networking skills, because if you think you're going to get some prestigious job with BSO credentials, think again. Or just look at the last three sheriff's, and how most of the command staff couldn't get a job doing anything. Good luck son.
