Here's a name from the past, a name that should be remembered. Another close friend of Scott Israel who was a former demoted Fort Lauderdale cop. After several failures at everything Israel put him in charge of, and a hefty salary of 163,000 annually,Scott ran out of places to put him. So, instead of shaking his hand and saying thank you for your service, Scott put him in charge of the communications division almost 3years prior to the school shooting. We all know the disaster that took place with the radio system on the day of the shooting. SO, when Scott continues not to take responsibility for anything, just remember this name. BOB PUUSINS. Who quietly resigned 2 months after the shooting. I have to spell his name with 2 U's, because Bob, who was a little winer and like all the other FLPD guys, thought he was someone he wasn't. Contacted the moderator, and had his name except from the blog.

Bob Pusins

Ok I was wrong on the moderator, but Pusins was a typical FLPD cop, a nobody.

Pusin didn't know a damn thing neither did the FOPE Representative Zarazinski whom was way too deep in the woods running an operation that she was to damn clueless to manage. Communications..
Thats the payback to the Union for picketing against Lamberti. As election time draws near all of the beans will be coming out of the bag. That place hasn't been the same since it was run by Sworn Personnel.

And Ron book pushed the county to buy the lousy radio system

This man was a bully. But Scott was so in awe of his mentor that he let him call all the shots. He yelled at the top of his lungs like a raving lunatic turning red like the hulk.
Had the hots for Sara and could not hide his lust. Abused anyone that was not with FLPD
And contributed not a damn thing to the agency. Another piece of crap that Scott was enamored by.

Your not kidding. They tone for every little thing.....bee doo bee doo bee doo (best impression of that tone I could do lol) so and so 10-65 a 13V......13V been parked for one hour.

I am not blaming the dispatchers per se, (although some of the newer ones are probably less then stellar examples of being able to critically think) as the county dictates a lot of what goes on and what policies/procedures should be followed. Your right, the ship went downhill after P Lauria and C Maynard and the rest of the DLE presence.

Lisa survived and made 153k because of her closeness to a certain someone on the 5 th floor.

Bob was the executive director over community services which included communications and other departments. After the airport tragedy everything was taken away from him so he can focus with the county on 911 and the radio issue but instead he worked another year collected another 6 figure, took vacations and rode off into the sunset
Thanks Scott another lazy Fort Lauderdale loser who has blood on his hands !

Israel let a group of non prepared and ill equipped Executive Secretaries run Communications with Bob at the helm and they all together sunk the titanic.
It's been sinking and drifting on another collision course with an iceberg ever since. The place has been and from what I have heard remains toxic even today.
MSD was not the only failure stay tuned for the real hidden stories.
Scott rubber stamped the chaos.

Maynard, Berwick, and Wright were horrible to work for, they were all sworn. Unfortunately, the county is now deeply involved and that's what has made it worse, not the civilian aspect of it. Lauria was one of the absolute best bosses I've ever had. We loved him and he loved us back. Great guy! Mize is doing a good job but, again, the county needs to get their hands off of every little thing. EPD needs to go and training needs to get much, much better. Some of these newer dispatchers are horrible.

You sound like one of those that have been magic wanded in the Civilian My BFF clique in Communications. Sworn is indeed needed to rid the Division of the special friends, percs, cronyism and nepotism that has plagued that damn place since Isreal Days..
I'd wonder whose gotten the kickbacks from Priority Dispatch with the below standards of the dispatching in that crazy place. I transferred out with several other former coworkers that were fed up with the everyday changes and communistic attitudes from adminstration, training division and the centers management.
It's a place ripe with incompetence and favoritism bordered on ignorance.
Signed,
A Former Dispatcher whom found solitude away from the asylum.

Listen, we are all glad you are gone. You were a cancer to the center! And I still work the floor. I also never said I didn't think we didn't need sworn personnel. But if you don't think "special friends, percs, cronyism, and nepotism" don't happen with sworn personnel, you're even more of an damn fool than I thought.
