Felix in need of “V” donation

Now that Tommy,Matt’s and Felixs candidate didn’t win it out right. The question is how is Felix going to continue to walk around with this candidate. Instead of FOP time like he original had he had to switch it to vacation time. Two weeks till the run off does Felix have the time or are donation needed, or will Timmy cut more FOP time.
