You know it and the Village Management knows it too. That is why they would love for us to get rid of the PBA. With the PBA gone there will be nothing to stand in their way to do as they wish. They hate the PBA for a reason.
IUPA did nothing for us when we had them.

Fact: IUPA did nothing for the officers when we had them. That is why we voted to get rid of them,

If IUPA is not your cup of tea then there is FOP, PLEA, Teamsters, and others but this
PBA is on the take and rape our dues money to give themselves raises without approval from the membership

PBA did shit for me when i needed them, but IUPA did the same. I remember the IUPA attorney tell me "ehh its only a few hours they didn't want to pay you, its not a big deal" If i want my missing 4 hours I want my missing 4 hours!

Unions in general will run a for-profit model. get the one that at least gets you a raise, PA had at least done that here and in other places. I remember the 401K only no pension days with chief HOE-NASTY
