Where o' where was Louie at? Kinda weird and embarrassing for Chief Gause to introduce the next CID Major to his subordinates instead of Melancon. Melancon hasn't been seen on the 5th floor for months. Guess it's true he is Retired On Duty. Maybe now they'll start putting people in positions that they are actually qualified for.

Melancon watch week 4...still MIA. His replacement will be Major Joey Rodriguez who just dropped. Hes been a Major longer than Simmons or Carol or Ibalmea.
