Fitness test

I want to apply to the scholarship program and have been working out, trying to get back in to shape since my college athletics days. How difficult in the fitness test in your opinion ?

It's easier than it should be. You can push through in pretty poor physical condition, you'll make it through without any big issues in average physical condition, and you'll sail through easily if you're in above average physical condition.
