Is your allegation credible? If so, then:

Will a PCA for theft be forwarded to the SAO for evaluation? (And who is the alleged victim?)

Will the PCA be forwarded to FDLE for decertification consideration? Or does that come after the court disposition?

Or is it all being swept under the carpet without any written documentation?

No he has not move over there. The Jeff Bell who is being used here is a different Jeff Bell who has been a deputy with the Broward SO for years and is now an officer of the International Union of Police Associations, a UNION, something that he despised and fought while at SSO

If the Jeff Bell from Broward County was at Sarasota Sheriffs Office, I can tell you things would be much different. This guy took out a sitting Sheriff, exposed misappropriation of county funds, went public to endorse DeSantis, held a no confidence vote on his Sheriff and just got the best contract for Broward in 20 plus years. We need to get him over here.

We had an opportunity like that but thanks to now LT. A.K. who at the time was knightmare's dooboy, got the union dissolved. He got his due reward, being promoted to sergeant and now lieutenant while the rest of us got the shaft. You'll never see another union here until we get someone with integrity at the helm.
