What’s up with smoking marijuana now that the state will not prosecute small amount of marijuana. Are we allowed to smoke a little weed off duty. What’s the big deal ? Some people are alcoholics and come to work drunk as hell.

I’ve been around several officers that smoke pot and use cocaine. Nothing happens to them.
