For Scott Israel who’s desperately trying to get back at the helm. Instead of staying in the clouds, jump out and realize your weakness within the agency and union. Sgt Polan was and will be your nemesis. You should look into the havoc he spread throughout the agency. He had no business in his position. If he was so qualified, such a great leader, administrator, and so on, why did he end up in a 3rd rate agency that probably nobody in the country knows exists. And, if not for John Auer, Sgt Polan would be selling prescription Marijuana, and boats like the rest of your elite command staff. Wake up. You come out and forcefully contend, that Sgt Polan will not return, add maybe one or two more to that list, and you wil watch quickly how the rank and file, probably the union as well, come back into your corner.
