The United States is not a third world Banana Republic. We don’t remove elected officials from office, and throw them to the curb, without compelling evidence that would withstand strict scrutiny. We don’t have that here.

Looks like all those years in the Navy turned Desantis into a premature ejaculator. His blew his wad way too early to get momma to the finish line. He’ll learn, and the country will be better for it, and he will become a better governor for it.

If the appeals court reverses the lower court and strikes down the petition foe reinstatement, you’ll be witnesses to the beginning of the end of American Democracy. If the Dude didn’t wanna follow the law he should have stayed in the Navy. The Navy is not a democracy.

Woah, slow down and take your medication before you stroke out. The case has not even cleared the first hurdle yet, so chill out and wait for the ruling before you start screaming the sky is falling !

He folded due to public pressure. Similar to the way Satz did when he charged Peraza.

Satz lost the respect of every single cop when he pulled that sh!t. He should of retired before he tarnished his reputation.

Scott Israel is a piece of shit.

That’s your opinion, and you’re entitled to that opinion. But this isn’t about Scott Israel or what you think of his politics. I don’t agree with his politics either. I’m a Republican voter for the most part. But this is about the rule of law. Which is something much more important than any one person.

It's your opinion that the suspension is unwarranted. If it was so clear an overreach then the suspension would have already been overturned.

That is the same exact thing that the goofball Baltimore DA was thinking when they indicted those cops for Freddy Gray's death. After the first few acquittals, she dropped all of the charges on the remaining officers. Don't feel bad. Many public officials are bowing down to public pressure these days. On the threat of riots and/or not being re-elected, they would arrest their own mother.

That’s not true. Who would have overturned it by now. The overturn fairy?

It is my opinion that this was done for political gain. It was a campaign promise that both candidates made in the lead up to the governors election. The fact is the EO makes accusations that were not discovered or proven by the Parkland commission. It’s a bit late in the game to rehash all of this.

Incompetent by what definition. Incompetent as required by the rule of law for removal has not been met. If you don’t believe me read the definition.

Incompetent for purposes of bar room side talk depends on whose table you’re sitting at.
