We've heard the same BS from every union! When the unions see the size of our agency, all they see is $$$. Everyone of them promise us the world until they get in then it's business as usual. Nothing ever changes. So why should we think the Teamsters would be any different? We were taken to the cleaners by the PBA who promised us the world for 20 years, all they did was fill their pockets with our dues and get their reps cushy positions. Teamsters Local 2011, which represented the State Corrections Officers, only lasted 4 years. Teamsters were overwhelmingly voted out and Local 2011 was dismantled in 2016. So now the Teamsters just got caught in a lie. Go away you criminals!

No Teamster local was ever dismantled. We were contacted by numerous members of the best Sheriffs Office in this country, BSO regarding representation.
