Tim is probably the best Captain and lt that I’ve ever worked for, he never forgot where he came from or what it’s like to be a deputy. He takes care of his guys and will make a great major.

Great guy, I've worked with him in each of his ranks and he has always been solid. The ranks haven't gone to his head and he has remained humble.

May be a nice guy but was he the best person available to be major? He was an LT for barely a year and a half and the Captain of an "area" first a year and a half. Morse or even Butler would have been better and more experienced choices, but they are white.

Heaven forbid someone competent gets promoted in BSO. The "area" that he was a captain over happens to be the biggest $hithole in the county, not a bunch of old geezers in a fenced in area. I'm sure you have never worked with the guy, so just be quiet while the adults speak.

“Area” 1 & 2 are each bigger than all other districts! Irvin is great to work for.
But you probably didn’t like Hale or Tyrie either.

I don’t care how long he’s been a boss. He’s a rockstar. He takes care of his guys and isn’t a micro manager. I will take him as a Major any day of the week. Move on this thread sucks

Amen. Tim is awesome. Best new major promotion bar none!! If you ever worked for or with him you would know that. Period.
