On behalf of the Chiefs association, Chief Stanley sent a formal letter to Runcie to inform him that the association does not support PROMISE.

Did anyone else hear that the other non-contracted cities and Ft. laud are also planning on bailing out of PROMISE as a unified group? New forms all of a sudden. Someone must be spilling the beans about something. All of a sudden, PROMISE is a hot potato.
