Yeah this guy could give two sheets about broward. At least the last 5 or 6 sheriffs resided here and owned property showing some skin in the game. This guy actually tired of broward and gave up on it. Then he left broward, then florida and ended up in the Carolinas. Never thought about broward again until he opened up his storefront vocational classes. When the going gets tough, hell shag azz again and go to God knows were. Hes led a transient life and has very weak ties to pretty much everywhere. A full blown report is being put together on what and who he really is. Black folks don't care what turns up because they are gullible and easy to manipulate. The rest of broward will not be impressed. Silly willy will make him look like a homeless bum.
