It's obvious after watching Big Nick hes right some in our profession think they are above the law. There needs to be better training.

Anyone can be a Sgt. Take a test no big deal. Just look around you who wears that gold. Not all that glitters is gold. Many are major F*ckups or losers in real life that need to compensate. I don’t know this one but, o would had handled this better, 101.
