Can anyone advise how the new shifts are going. Are they solely 8 hour or is there a mix of 8 and 10? Are calls being answered in a timely manner? Please be honest and objective in your responses.

They're the best. Day flies by. Calls never hold anymore. We get to see our kids everyday.
