I just saw a Jane for Mayor commercial. It said crime was reduced by 70 percent? I was just wondering if it was reduced or reported to UCR as a reduction because real crimes were changed to an information report? You know like when I was "ordered" to change an agg assault with a firearm to a reckless display. That sort of thing? Just wondering if Jane or a campaign worker could answer this question.
