Leave it up to our liberal and corrupt State Attorney Katherine Fernandez-Rundle to try to push for the removal of our state’s Stand-your-ground law. Here is a law that permits the common citizen to defend his or herself from the flock of criminals and thugs who prey upon us on a daily basis. Yet, this misguided State Attorney who is now probably eyeing a higher office is making every effort to wipe the law of the books. Good thing our Attorney General has rebuffed Rundle’s advances and put her in her place. Read further:

We here at the PBA ask everyone to be patient. Our State Attorney is a good hearted person with the most experience of any previous State Attorney. Stand your Ground Should not pertain to police as we are and should be held to a higher standard.
We here at the PBA commend Kathy Runsle for her courage and believe she is right, this has our support

This is the part that I was waiting for. Now that they want to remove OUR god given rights that we ALL should have (citizens and police officers that truly understand what the constitution particularly the second amendment) it matters then. People don’t care until it’s THEIR own right’s being infringed upon.

Wake the hell up people. We cannot trade our freedom for false security.

In a society that hates police and criticizes every act and decision an officer makes, it would be wise to repel this act because it only means you will be left with no option to protect yourself because the only ones that will be allowed to use force against a deadly threat is a police officer and even then, the officer will likely be indicted and convicted because of the anti police era we live in. The criminal will be praised by society, pardoned and released and kill again.

Don’t fall for giving up the stand your ground law. I rather be able to protect myself and my loved ones rather than wait for police to show up.

A video recording camera may protect you from “bad police officers” but won’t do sh*t versus a criminal that gives no f*ck about you and your pansy as* liber*alism.

Are we y chance speaking of the same State Attorney KFR ?

Good hearted; who will move heaven and earth to prosecute a badge?

The most experience; at dismissing cases?

We are not buying the crap that you are selling. Her job is to enforce all state laws not just the ones she likes.
The citizens have a right to defend themselves, people have lost their faith in their police because of politics and the media.
Here is a hint; why are CCF Permits at an all time high?

The reason the PBA is takingnthat stance is bc Rundle went easy on Stahls’ kid after several arrests for burglary and other arrests. But that’s Stahls position. Everyone believes KFR to be a liberal idiot.

KFR may be a lot of things, but an idiot she is not.
She is a cunning, ruthless, amoral politician who is intoxicated with the power of her office and will do whatever it takes to get re-elected while dancing over the corpses of fallen police officers.

TAMPA (FOX 13) - In a sweeping decision, the Florida Supreme Court ruled law enforcement officers can use the Stand Your Ground law to essentially win immunity from prosecution.

Killing a person is a hell of a thing! This ruling is there to provide a police officer a last effort to save his or her life. That moment when in one's mind, one reasonably knows that if you do not kill the attacker, he or she will you; perhaps with your own firearm.

Florida Statute, Section 776.012 Use or threatened use of force in defense of person. (2) States: “A person is justified in using or threatening to use deadly force if he or she reasonably believes that using or threatening to use such force is necessary to prevent imminent death or great bodily harm to himself or herself or another or to prevent the imminent commission of a forcible felony. A person who uses or threatens to use deadly force in accordance with this subsection does not have a duty to retreat and has the right to stand his or her ground if the person using or threatening to use the deadly force is not engaged in a criminal activity and is in a place where he or she has a right to be.”

Amazing, that our esteemed State Attorney was so willing to deny police officers within the Eleventh Judicial Circuit “. . . equal protection of the laws.” No wonder the Florida Supreme Court (FSC) ruled as it did; saying: “Put simply, a law enforcement officer is a ‘person’ whether on duty or off.” Had the FSC ruled otherwise, it would have been a clear violation of our Constitutional Right under the Fourteenth Amendment, "Equal Protection Clause"

She has been several people's 33. The list is long, but not impressive as to the quality of the participants.

I have been told that she has really bad breath and body odors.
