On Nov. 18th. The mayor had a 10 day period to veto after ratification by commissioners on the 8th.

He was going to veto or even consider vetoing a contract which he told PBA take it and don’t ask for more ? Hardly.

It’s already active and you will see it in the next pay period with retro... it takes a little longer with the holiday.
