So last evening (11-6-18) I collected my mail as I do daily and there was the PBA Heat. A few hours later I open to readi it and there were the endorsements and in the President’s message was please vote the PBA way. Now, how is that romtely possible when I already voted earlier in the day?
One would think that if the PBA REALLY wanted us to vote a certain way, they would at least make sure we got the information in a timely fashion. I regularly get my HEST late and it’s not like I live far away. I live I. The same city of coral,where the PBA is located.

After reviewing the list the reader before mentioned I checked and the PBA picked only 67% correct. While it’s better than half, it is a much lower number that the PBA has enjoyed in the 90 percentile usually.
