Part of the reason Stahl won’t “negotiate” is that he is not smart enough so he takes first offer and that’s it. Easy way out. But,we get the short end of the stick

The way I calculated my 1% cola equates to a little less than $20 a payday. If that’s what I get and then quit the PBA I get another $35 a payday. I can give myself a better raise
