How will we know if it’s an honesty count

What’s to ensure that the PBA doesn’t mess with the count for the election for this stupid contract? We need an honest person overseeing the process.
I’ve only met one person who thinks it’s a good contract and that’s because the person plans to retire by the end of the year. But he rest of us get the big kabalsa suasage.
I don’t trust the clowns at the PBA to do an honest count.

So how hard would it be to have a contracted and licensed 3rd party company or the County Elections Department to do PBA voting ballots processing and counting since it is dealing with County government?
This would eliminate questions and provide independent final vote counts where the votes are not counted in the PBA's office.

Not that we don't completely trust the PBA's vote counting equipment or methods, but the final results from some past important votes didn't quite match up with a lot of exit poll data.

We're tired of Promises, Bullcrap and Apologies (PBA). We need a real contract that restores us for what was taken from us needlessly without merit by the Mayor and catches us up to where we should be.
