LT Shart AKA Skank walks around like little Hitler disrespcting not only the grunts but his peers! He walks the parking lot looking for cars to report damage on and the command staff is letting him do it!! Afraid to leave the station when he actually comes to work!! They think this is actually good supervisoin tearing people down and making threats and allowing him to run off the good supervisors. WOW Northside WAKE UP!!! Its a crappy District to begin with without you letting this crap go on!
