Sadly unlike nipples this guy actually has something called a budget that none of the last 7 chiefs understood. Taxpayers only put so much and the feds are hit or miss. The open checkbook is no more. City hall only had 6 people when I started, now triple or quadruple that yet the city hasn't really grown. He also sees the root cause of many a downfall which has been the budget. He also sees the road is priority. The girls will be okay as they always find a way not to actually work (the good old days of getting their hair & claws did on duty were long gone). They'll survive, if not there's the door. It was nice being spoiled for as long as we have, hard to how have to actually earn a living. Have to see what this term I'm hearing a lot of means.
