Can anyone speak to the pros/cons of any of these agencies? Schedules, take homes, activity, morale, etc Out of state certified looking to make the move to S FL. Thanks in advance.

Ever hear of a new invention called the internet? Just look on leoaffairs and you can see how much we despise each other. Also, it helps if you're friends with the sheriff....he will magic wand you to what ever job you want.
Stay away from here like the plague....but if you disregard what I'm saying you'll find out on your own.

Until BSO gets a new Sheriff and administration stay away. BSO's current Sheriff and administration are all from FLPD, that should speak volumes. I believe Boca pays more. In the end every agency has it's own problems, it just happens that BSO and FLPD seem to have more than others. Good luck.
