Interestingly, the officer behind the car hits the suspect with a Taser and that loud noise seems to rattle the officer with the AR-15 (whose finger is already on the trigger in violation of department policy) who then fires.

Amazing how the criminal was the one making claims he had a bomb, tried to rob a store, and had a razor blade; yet the cop is on trial here.. you wonder why cops like Rodriguez invoke there 5th when dealing.
