Lugo / ortiz do you see a pattern here? Where is the driver of the motorcycle gopro camera? Did Ortiz erase the video already ? Who is driving the suspected police car now? It should be impounded as evidence to see if it collided with the motorcycle... yet it’s still out there. If you are driving city vehicle 214255 now you are conspirator in obstructing a criminal investigation.

Friday afternoon, FHP changed their account of how Keith Williamson, 27, lost his life. Williamson crashed his motorcycle into an FHP patrol car at 127 miles per hour ejecting him and his passenger. Williamson died in the eastbound lanes of the Causeway.
FHP first reported the patrol car, with its emergency lighting activated, was positioned in an active construction zone in which the inside lane of traffic was closed. Now, FHP says the patrol car, which had been parked in the inside lane, was moved into the path of Williamson's motorcycle.

Family sues Clearwater police, FHP over motorcyclist’s deathThe Associated Press Published: February 20, 2015Updated: February 20, 2015 at 02:40 PM
The family of a motorcyclist who was killed during a police chase is suing the Clearwater Police Department and Florida Highway Patrol.
The lawsuit was filed in Pinellas County Court on Thursday on behalf of the family of Keith Williamson, who was killed in February 2013 when he ran into a Florida Highway Patrol cruiser on the Courtney Campbell Causeway.
The family says Williamson, 27, was being chased by Clearwater police Officer Nick Giordano in violation of department policy that prohibits pursuits for non-violent offenders.
John Trevena, the attorney for the family, said in the lawsuit that the officer reached speeds of 145 mph during the chase.
