As cops, we know what the last gasps of aircsound like when a person is dying. We also recognize the last uncontrollable flailing and lashing out when one is about to expire. This describes the administration right now. They know their time is up, they know some will be leaving in handcuffs and the gig is up. The current BSO administration is in the final moments of their existence right now and we are witnessing it. Soon there will be a new Sheriff and we can start recovering
