This situation, though for many will be once in a career, if at all, is why we seek to be police officers. The involved officer acted with absolute courage and dedication to protecting other folks' live. Sadly the political class has the decedent's family watch the filmed shooting! That's evidence; now compromised, in determining whether or not the officer use of deadly force was righteous. In my book, and in the US Supreme Court finding in Graham v. Connor, 490 U.S. 386 (1989), it was!

Colina, learn from this situation and should the same thing happen under your command, don't err by having the deceased's family view the film. For obvious reasons, they cannot be objective.
