This place is a joke. These two are real examples of recruiting videos for great organizations. Miami pd is full of fat black racist women and fat cuban mofos. Listen this place would first have to be be run by professionals from city hall to start with. Leadership and respect can not dictated by those in charge but can only earned by example and the willingness to do what they ask you to do.

They should do a video of 07ing all the Anglo white males applications into the trash can so they don't have to hire them...last Anglo male hired??? Ummmm 1995? Perhaps..its getting so bad that Anglo males are fabricating that their great great great great grandmother was Cuban so they can claim Hispanic on app.or PHQ..lol..cant make this stuff up
