Not only is he a bad officer but what makes him less of a man is that he is taking care of 3 kids that are not biologically his with an old hag who is just as much as a POS as he is because he has a daughter in which is biologically his and has not been in any part of her life for the last 7 years. Instead of officer of the year he should get the award for POS father of the year.
