Folks,
The homeless population that is running wild is off the chain. Busstops, woods, parking lots etc are all being abused. Please, please start moving some of this trash back over to Safe Harbor.
Busstops are easy, PSTA has a trespass auth letter on file and if they aren't getting on a bus, issue them a trespass warning. Take them to jail the next time they're there.
Other place? Check the tax collector's website, find an owner, get a letter on file. Take them to jail.
I know, they get out in a day or so. But guess what? Eventually they'll move somewhere else. It's part of the job.
Flying a sign? Issue them the ticket. If they act a fool and refuse to stop, take 'em to jail.
I'm retired LEO who lives nearby and my neighbors and I are sick and tired of dealing with it everytime we decide to drive up Missouri.
