Citizens, This is the kind of behavior you get from police officers when serving the community and actually showing up to work becomes a problem. The cop dissapears. People like the one mentioned in this post have other jobs and priorities going on. SO...police work becomes secondary. Chiefs like the one in charge allow this behavior to continue because he believes in cronyism and rewarding cops who don’t deserve it, but do S - - - his D. and bow down on request. The Chief needs to leave in order to preserve the little legacy he created in Miami beach PD.

If you allow someone to be able to put in for overtime wouldn't you as a supervisor want to know if that extra money was earned and deserved. Mr. Ceasar Salad worked a whole 12 hours this week and had 8 hours OT. Where do we sign up? So a usual day is out of bed at 830, leave the house at 1000 go to his favorite car shop talk smack then go to one of his rental properties and pick up rent money then lunch. I’d be careful how much I would mess with cheezar. Let’s not forget how he violently attacked a city of Miami officer at a hospoin the OBGYN office. Funny how nothing got resolved with the GPS "transparency" I heard was brought to his attention. BC still playing both sides worried that nipples comes back and the drunk sics the hound on him. Nope, still no DB GPS up in dispatch. The Derelict Bureau is doing what they do best and are not accountable. Let me know who makes the first public request on all their GPS data and the excuse they come up with as to why it "can't" be found or how the units were "apparently" not working during the requested times.
