As it turns out the chief must carry a huge piece of the hurricane party, after all the Lt in question did tell everyone that it's fine with Carlos and Frank. Also and very importantly he did not ever place Lt on light duty or sick leave for that broken foot. Never got a medical clearance letter from Lt just like everyone else MUST get. And boom there's a known 35 running the show who mislead everyone there that night into thinking it's ok to drink. The way the rumor mill goes, more than one person contacted the chief to tell him that it went down. So why is just Wally the rat? How about Manny and the patrol Lt. What a web of deception. So best guess, AS by order of Lt made the purchase at happys, transported it to station, Manny and or jimmy covered the camera and jimmy ordered people 05 and said it was ok with carlos and frank. Everyone knows he brags about drinking with the chief and how tight he and the manager are.

So the apparent necessary discipline by the Chief of police to the cops associated with the beer drinking fest at the police station during Hurricane Irma has not happened and FDLE has no clue of the violations taking place at North Bay Village Police Department. Well this leaves us with no choice but to contact the media and take a whole new angle to this continuous lack of supervision and policy violations in the North Bay Village Police Department. Lieutenant McCready should be fired for bringing alcohol to work and giving the other cops alcohol during the Hurricane and Chief Noriega should do his job or be fired as well.

Mccreepie endangered the lives of officers is the real concern. His decision to have a few and stay in an area a of mandatory evacuation was/is what is being looked into now. Spankings were handed out and accepted by All. No subject statements were taken only witness/complainant. That is the drinking part. The absolute truth is never coming out. So when the newtimes runs yet another negative story about Carlito cover ups, we’ll just take that as the truth.

That’s not how I heard it went down and I got the straight scoop from someone who was on scene just moments after the exchange. The cleaning lady, she had to clean up the mess caused by our Number 1 doing a number 2 when questioned by “Wally the Whipper”.

Seems that “Wally the Whipper” got in the Chief’s face so intently that the Chief had an accidental discharge and was shaking in his poop so much he slid off the chair leaving a trail of stinky snail fear all around the room on the floor. The only reply he had for “Wally the Whipper” was that the investigation was still in progress, that it wasn’t closed. Everything you hear is a lie. That he (the Chief) should be left alone, please…stop the questions.

How pathetic! This is our leader? He never was a leader for this Department. With “Rootin Tooten, Straight Shootin, Son of s Gun, Frank Rollason” gone, he has no protection.

If you don’t believe the Chief’s reaction ask:
1. The Cleaning Lady, who will quit if the requirement of poop cleaning isn’t removed from her contract.
2. The Chief, he will tell you the truth (NOT). Hey Chief, when the State comes down to question you, ask that it be done in the “Mens” (not an appropriate label for you) Room, give the cleaning lady a break.
3. “Wally the Whipper”, he will decline answers due to his politeness.
