BSO Pre Employment Drug Policy

Hey guys, was wondering if anyone knew what BSO's drug policy is for applicants? I just learned that some departments are 3 years no drug use at the time of applying (Ft. Lauderdale is the only department so far that clearly states this policy from what I could find). The only thing I can find on BSO is a 2002 article speaking on this policy for multiple departments. Thanks for the help in advance.
