Say what you will.....but in reality, how will he be replaced? I've met some of your officer, Bartow is bleeding cops. BR - 25 years, MP 20 years and now JG 21 years = 66 years of experience walking out the door, with no forethought of who can/will step up. Good luck.

BD was a given and not shocking at all. I'm sure the Chief is still looking elsewhere so maybe BD will be Chief soon.
And how about the plan to promote HS as Captain for a few years. How long has BPD been without Captains anyway? Great move during the 'racial times' here at BPD.... no one will ever figure that one out.
Our Sergeants are leaving because of the poor leadership. It's really sad.

I'm still trying to understand why CS is still acting Sgt after his little pursuit which put two people in ICU. It would be one thing if the pursuit was legit but he violated our SOP in every way. But no worries he will be the next Sgt since BD is now the D.C.
