Seems like someone loves black males so much he even says he is one on exams! lol muslims, blacks his mental ego seems to think he is superior and has to show everyone. he is especially brave around large groups of cops.

poor whortiz needs needs so much attention and knows daddy regatardo will be there to save him with taxpayer money

Whortiz why was it again that you stood with the mayor holding hands in support of a cuban baseball player in marlins stadium the killed innocent lives with his boat while the incident was under investigation? seems to be a pattern here with you buddy

Let the kneegers run wild, who gives a $hit.
Let them kill each other in the ghetto, let them kill others at these events and wait.
At some point the good citizens will say enough is enough and will re-empower the police to deal with these animals; but first, we need to get them out of the department.

You sound like a racist that wants to go back to the days where certain race controlled things. Ignorance and racism has no place in law enforcement.

Doesn't steal pay? Whoa... you are either new, Lugo, or just a follower who can't think for himself.

Neither, just part of the silent majority that finds this blog entertaining and disgusting all at the same time.

If he is not around a group of cops in a event or under regalados sack you won't find him in the inner city never have.

There are people within the department that are part of the solutions and then you have people that are the problem in this case a cancer protected by politicians

Didn't he say he was pleading for help when he came across a fatal accident in Pincrest and said the officer on the scene failed to render aide?

Turn out later when CBS 4 investigated that A real doctor/ surgeon said she was on the scene and Ortiz told her to leave???

You can make up the sh*t this guy gets away with
