Tried to post a new posting earlier today and received a reply message it must be approved first what is this and so far it's still MIA.

Tried to post a new posting earlier today and received a reply message it must be approved first what is this and so far it's still MIA.

The system picks certain posts and requires that they be approved. I haven't yet figured out what causes some posts to get picked and others not to. i go through and approve them or disapprove them when I have time. Usually at night.
