Well while stroke boy enjoys a free ride in DB "Disability Barn" after having an alleged steroid induced stroke, Les who never hurt a soul is getting railroaded. Lie 1, Chief makes arrives promises to treat everyone fair. Lie 2, Chief then tells 3 Senior Police Officers that we, meaning the bargaining union members will received 3% X 3 for the next 3 years, NOT counting the the COLA being negotiated at the table with the City. LIE 3, he demotes a Senior Corporal (Vice President of the FOP) citing he violated policy when he clearly did not. He has the local FOP/NBV representative transferred out of town right after the contract negotiations with the City, talk about violations of labor laws. The Chief then joins with the dark forces of barnyard Rollarson and files a complaint on poor Joe Puleo (oddly enough the complaint is filed with the Chief's personal friend, FOP STATE REP. Robert"dirt bag"Jenkins) when confronted, LIE 4, Chief blames the complainant was Barnyard. The NBV Officers start to lose confidence in the FOP and the Chief after FOP attorney tell the demoted Corporal that his case has NO MERIT(even though the Corporal did not violate department policy but did piss-off the Chief)The Police Officers counter by signing interest cards to be represented by the PBA. Great job Chief, you have divided this department, plunged moral and created a hostile working environment beyond comprehension. We will continue to expose the truth whether you like it or not. What’s great about all of this backstabbing going on is you get to see what your friends are really made of and who has a backbone in all of this. We knew the two LIEutenants would fail and Manny was just a minute before he fell on Carlos’ sword, but Caesar is a special case now too. The other night we saw you come to the city with State President Jenkins for the FOP meeting. Was anyone there, NO! Because you Caesar along with your buddy the chief has destroyed this lodge from the inside out. You now want to be President, REALLY? You’re so unpredictable and sorry.
