Dave Brannon got robbed. He should be the Deland Police Chief. How this review committee picked the candidate from Swatara Township is beyond belief. Go google that department's official page and look at the official photograph of the department. What do you not see? No blacks, no Hispanics and what appears to be no sworn female officers. At least this guy from Swatara talked a good game. I feel sorry for the city of Deland right now.

I wish they would have taken him. Not for their sake, but ours. He is a tyrant, a crybaby and is dangerous. Would you hire someone that looks like that in uniform? While he may look good on paper, he doesn't in uniform. A chief should look the part and Brannon doesn't. It's that simple.
