I want to personally give a shout out the the dip$h*% detective that was at the UWF conference this week. Bald, gorilla sized wearing a blue shirt. He openly mocked the speaker when she was talking about being raped by her husband. MANY people over heard him, and he was surrounded by new officers. How did you like the ass chewing you got in the hallway? you are a disgrace to police everywhere. YOU are what is fundamentally wrong with PPD and santa rosa police. you are all the same. incompetent. Your comments were caught on video. hopefully there is a demotion and suspension in your future.
