Guys we still have a chance. List crumbles April 22, 2017. A day after the test per contract. The first promotions were April 22, 2015. DOJ indicates that no vacancies will be unfilled as long as list is valid. There are several Sergeants positions still open as we speak. Dear Chief look into this matter. DOJ is getting a copy of this post via email.

Step #3 write the fop
Step #4 get an attorney

I wonder how many staff members. Would fail the Sgt's test now? If they didn't have cheat codes or time to study. Just showed up at a meeting and given the test with no warning.
