It doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize that Llanes has lied and his lies are getting him deeper and deeper in trouble. The City Manager, along with the city commissioners and the CIP should order an internal independent investigation immediately. If you check the back and forth emails and interview the people that were responsible for maintaining and storing evidence you will be surprise with what you'll find. Yes pictures, documents, and evidence dating back since 2012 straight to Llanes. If they do that, then they will discover much more then what Crespo got. Only problem is that the organized cover up has started already and people along with supervisors are being unfairly and immediately transfer out of property. The audit will discover allot more the 9-11 guns, money and evidence missing.
