How could we forget that Finley holds the record for out of county traffic stops in Pasco and Hernando. Coakley gets fired for running a tag while it's ok for Finley to harass the public in his pov with blue lights and siren. Marlovits didn't agree with these actions let alone they were condoned by Sireci. Marlovits became the foul guy and Finley laughed it off.
