No it's not. The past four Sheriffs never conducted a ceremony after being elected a second time. You know he likes to waste taxpayers money and boost his ego. He is a clown.

Well, the fact that Al Lamberti wasn't re-elected would make it pretty difficult to have a 2nd inauguration ceremony. So, I guess this second inauguration will cost him dearly in 2016 if he runs again. Yep, instead of receiving 73% of the vote, he'll get 72.99 %.
