Will changing the current sitting Chief give hope to resuscitating the direction of department morale?

Not only morale, but bona fide change. Id love to just be able to speak to the Chief man to man, straight.

...and that will be at their own fault. Its more a co-dependent relationship dynamic.

its been a great few terms Steve, and the Garcia transition team will appreciate the opportunity to provide such a major contrast to what Mumbles has accomlished for you. What are your 'hiatus' plans? Pursue a graduate degree from University of Phoenix? Maybe diversify and try Capella or Keiser?

Try a re-run like Ronnie Lee? That sort of 'comeback' will never again be seen in the post Whidden-era
